Niron Staal operates a fully equipped machine shop including medium and large size CNC boring and milling machines and turning lathes. A surface area of 5.000 m² in combination with a lifting capacity of max. 150T allows us to have an optimal and spacious arrangement of the machinery and creates the ability to maneuver and place large constructions and components on the machines. Niron Staal is specialised in the machining of one-offs and small series but can also handle large series and recurring pieces. We bring our specialised services together in each project if required. So if your steel construction project requires touch-ups and machining for the final installation, our machining experts are happy to assist. Our skilled employees will provide short communication lines and put their own practical expertise in place to advise our customers how to get the best result possible.

Our services include
CNC Boring
Our advanced CNC boring machines handle medium to large-scale components with precision. We machine steel, stainless steel, and special alloys, ensuring exact tolerances for critical applications. With a lifting capacity of up to 150T, we efficiently process large structures for shipbuilding and heavy industry.
CNC Milling
Equipped with high-precision CNC milling machines, we produce complex components with tight tolerances. Our expertise covers small series and one-offs, working with various materials from high-tensile steel to aluminium. The spacious workshop layout allows for optimal handling of large constructions and precise machining.
Turning Lathe
Our turning lathes process a wide range of components, from small to large-diameter shafts and cylindrical parts. We handle steel, stainless steel, and alloys with precision, ensuring smooth finishes and perfect fits. Whether for unique one-offs or recurring production, our skilled machinists guarantee high-quality results.
